WASTE HIDDEN TREASURE

1.       Know your waste:

Students of classes V, VI and VII learned about different types of waste and the importance of segregating it. They also learned about the innovative waste management techniques adopted by countries across the world.

Compost biodegradable waste

Kitchen, garden waste, cow dung and Cocopeat was collected in a pit and is in the process of getting converted to compost. Red wrigglers were added to the waste to fasten the entire process. Students were excited to be a part of the activity as it was a hands on learning experience for them.

BEST OUT OF WASTE

Best out of Waste competition was organized by the students of LPS GLOBAL SCHOOL. Using waste products like Glass Bottles, Newspapers and CDs the students made various items like Flower Vase,  Coasters, Photo Frames, Trays and Bangle Stand.
